As coaches we are still waiting
and hoping this terrible Corona virus will go away soon. It
might be another month or so before pools are back open. Trying to
come up with some ways to help your swimmers stay active and safe.
I was given a few ideas from other teams and coaches.
Please remember these are only
ideas and suggestions for your swimmer to use under
direct Parents supervision only. There are no coaches
that will be supervising these activities below.
Parents will need to make sure you
are watching your swimmer at any one of these activities
or video sessions.
Swimmers, You are not allowed to do any one
of these suggestions below without direct parent
