Door County YMCA Mission Statement
The mission of the Door County YMCA is to strengthen Christian values. Through quality programs, services and community partnership, the YMCA helps to develop potential in Spirit, Mind, and Body. We are a non-profit organization that strives to serve everyone in our community regardless of race, creed, sex, economic circumstances and physical and mental abilities.

YMCA Values
Respect, Responsibility, Honesty, Caring.

The strength of our team is a result of our focus on TEAM development, full season planning, great technique training, and a commitment to helping each other develop as swimmers and caring individuals. It is our goal to develop integrity in our swimmers through example and effort.  It is our belief and focus that we develop individuals through a strong family-based focus. Our team has steadily grown throughout the past few years and we are at an all-time high of 130+ swimmers. Once again, we have a 5-time National Champion this year in both Long and Short Course Nationals, sweeping all of the Breaststroke events. He also set 3 National Records.   We are consistently improving in every aspect of team development, with an exceptionally strong 8-under, 9-10 age group. With 11 State Champions last year and several new state records set by our swimmers, we are looking at a very bright future.
