1. Welcome to the team! Please start by downloading the Registration Packet (link below) and reading it.

2. Contact our Head Coach to schedule a free trial and placement evaluation with the team.

3. Swimmers receive one free week of practice to try out the team and meet the coaching staff. Coaches will be able to discuss training plans and long term goals, answer any questions, and place the swimmer in the correct practice group.

4. After the free week, complete the online registration process. Along with registration, you will be charged for the annual USA Swimming Registration fee and first month's swim fees. Anual USA Swimming Registration is required for swimmers to be covered under RMSC liability insurace and participate in USAS meets.
