Eric has over 20 years combined swim coaching/racing experience
under his belt. Never the biggest or strongest competitor in the
field, Eric achieved success by relying on his technical skill.
Throughout his career he has represented Canada internationally,
winning a bronze medal at the 2010 Junior Pan Pacific
Championships. He swam on scholarship for the University of Denver
in the NCAA, and was part of DU's Sunbelt Conference Championship
team in 2011. He then transferred to McMaster University to finish
up his degree, where he re-wrote the record books. He currently
holds all time records in 9 different swimming events that
include freestyle, backstroke, and butterfly.
A strong believer in a "skills first" approach to coaching, Eric
looks forward to building a unique and successful program at LSC
that promotes the fun factor, while providing opportunities for
swimmers to move from their first strokes all the way to the

Sarah swam competitively
for 10 years competing at the National level at ESWIM and NYAC. Her
passion in the sport of competitive swimming led her to begin
coaching at a very young age. She brings over 11 years of coaching
experience from both NYAC and the Toronto Swim Club; having to
coach young athletes in various levels from Intro to
Provincial. She loves learning new skills and going on
adventures - her favourite thing to do travelling the world and
baking. This is Sarah's first year at Lakeshore Swim Club and she
is looking forward to the new swim season.
