Chad Webb

Chad has been coaching swimming for over 20 years. He is a certified school teacher and a Master National Coach developer and evaluator for the NCCP program. Chad is a certified teacher and also works as a Coach Developer for Swim Canada and Swim BC. Chad's coaching carrer has brought him to excting placing such as Rio for the Para-Pam Am games in 2007 and the Beijing Paralympics in 2008 as part of the Canadian Coaching Team. Chad has developed National Champions (both age group and senior) and worked along side the High Performance center in UBC coaching the Thunderbirds varsity teams and claiming Western Canadian Varisity coach of the year for Male and Female team in 2010. Chad has coached clubs such as Chena Swim Club (North Vancouver), Inconnu Swim Club (Fort St John) and grew up swimming and coaching with Kisu swim club in Penticton. 

Wally Saunders

Wally has coached boys and girls youth sports for many years including baseball, basketball ,hockey and soccer where he was the girls rep team soccer coach for 5 years. For the past year he is been completing the level 201  coaching course and is now a trained Level 2 swim coach under the National Coaching Program. During his career Wally attended Simon Fraser University were he become a nationally ranked track athlete as well as playing football for four years with the Clansman. Wally was drafted by the BC Lions and made the squad but was only able to play one year because of injury. He is looking forward to the challenge of getting back into coaching. His attention will be primarily working with the  junior swimmers.

Amanda Leigh Nemeth

Amanda grew up as a Blue Fin and enjoyed working as a Junior Coach for the club while she was a senior swimmer as well as coaching the WL Special Olympics team, before she moved to the Okanagan. When she moved back to Williams Lake at the end of 2017, she knew she wanted to get back into coaching and work with the next generation of Blue Fins. She’s excited to be back with the team and have the oppportunity to dive back into the club that was her home for so many years. Amanda is the Lead Coach for the Super Novice group, and Assistant for the Juniors and Seniors.
