Coach Pink is one of ESA's founders and is also the Head Swim
Coach at Atascocita High School. Growing up in Colorado,
Coach Pink was a state finalist all three years while in high
school. He swam collegiately for the University of Wyoming.
Coach Pink has a proven background of success with both high
school and USA Swimming athletes. He has coached numerous All
Americans, Texas high school state champions & Texas high
school state record holders; including one “State Swimmer of
the Year". For all of his accomplishments, he has been named
High School District Coach of the year four times, and the National
Federation of High School Sports - Girls Coach of the Year for the
State of Texas in 2017.
Laurie Grafmiller is the AG3 lead coach. She comes to
us with a huge passion for the sport of swimming and a very
positive and hardworking attitude that forges great relationships
with our swimmers.
As a swimmer, Laurie received very high accolades.
Competing for the University of Arizona, Laurie was a member of an
NCAA Championship Relay as well as earning numerous NCAA
All-American honors. In addition, Laurie finished
11th in the 200 free at the 1996 Olympic Trials.
Leading AG2 and AG3, Coach Huerta brings several years of
experience coaching elementary age swimmers. He has swum
competitively in Mexico as well as in Texas. Coach Huerta teaches
at AHS and serves as the Assistant Swim Coach at AHS.
Coach Rosentreter leads ESA’s Age Group 1 & is
the Head Coach at Summer Creek High School. Morgan comes
to us via First Colony Swim Team – Beaumont.
Morgan swam & played water polo collegiately at the
University of Michigan. She brings to ESA coaching experience
in club & high school swimming as well as water polo.
New to club coaching, James is a product of Kingwood Park
Swimming. James found his love of coaching while with the
Eagle Springs Flyers. He is a great addition to the staff, is
phenomenal with kids, and eager to delve into the profession. James
attends Lone Star Community College and is studying history.
