Coach Sally is a Level 2 certified swim coach, entering her 16th year with HEAT and work’s primarily with our middle-school aged swimmers. She is also the backbone of the HEAT office, handling all dues billing, meet entry fees, and other administrative tasks. Sally has a degree in Special Education from the University of Missouri. She has served on the Ozark committes of Tech Planning and Age Group. She also served as the Secetary for the Ozark LSC.
Theresa is in her 10th year with HEAT and is a Level 2 swim coach. Theresa graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelors of Science in Education, emphasis in Physical Education, and has a Masters of Education. Theresa was a High School All-American soccer player, played select soccer for Busch Soccer Club for 27 years, played soccer and softball for UMSL, coached high school sports for 10 years and coach the Barrington Swim Club for three years. Theresa is a retired Physical/Health Education teacher.

Cyn enters her 5th year with HEAT after many years as a lesson instructor. Cyn is a veteran elementary school teacher for the Hazelwood School District. She also coach’s for the Florissant Fish during the summer. Cyn has 5 children and all are either HEAT alumni or are currently swimming. Cyn enjoys waking, running and riding her bike when she is not working.

Nick is in his 2nd year with HEAT and is a Level 2 swim coach. He swamfor HEAT for 10 years, and served as a lessons instructor as well. Nick is currently attending UMSL and pursing a Bachelor's of Science in Education, with an emphasis in K-12 Physical Education. He is also pursuing certification through the national strength and conditioning association to become a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
