Seth Shepard, Senior Coach,   leads the Destroyers with over 20 years of USA and High School coaching experience. He swam for West Waterloo winning three Iowa High School state titles, three runner ups, and swam at six Speedo Junior National Championships.  After High School he swam for Iowa State going to NCAA Nationals on two relays.
