Joseph H Perkins
Head Coach, Senior Coach
Joe began swimming at age 6 for the Madison Area Aquatic Club (MAAC) in Madison, Indiana and later swam for Madison Consolidated High School. He began coaching MAAC in 1992 and also spent a season coaching at his high school alma mater while completing his student teaching. He has been coaching RAC since 1996.
Joe teaches health and physical education at Highland Hills Middle School and is head coach of the Floyd Central High School boys' and girls' swim teams. He and his wife, Amy, have two daughters.
Sr Prep Coach
Ashley joined the RAC coaching staff in 2004. Before coming aboard as a coach, she served as president of the RAC board of directors. She has been involved in U.S.Swimming and Southern Indiana swimming for the past 25 years as a swimmer, coach and parent.
Ashley lives in New Albany with her husband, Drew, and children, Hannah, Duncan and Greer. She teaches social studies at New Albany High School.
I have been involved in swimming for 3 years with my girls Molly, 11, and Maddy, 8. I enjoyed coaching for 7 years before having my oldest daughter. I currently teach at Jeffersonville High School. I am very excited to return to coaching with RAC!
Mike swam competitively for 15 years including 2 years at Ouachita Baptist University and 2 years at the University of Evansville. He was the head coach of the Newburgh Swim Club for 4 years beginning in 1987 and coached the Castle High School boys to a Sectional Championship in 1991.
Mike works at Hilliard Lyons in Louisville. He lives in Corydon with his wife, Jung Soo, and daughters Alex and Caroline.
I've been swimming since I was 6 years old, for recreational, competitive, USA and high school. I coached my club team after i was too old to be on it anymore, and have also taught swim lessons and water aerobics. I was born and raised in Nebraska, home of the Cornhuskers! Then, moved to Indiana in 2007. I work full time at a dental practice here in New Albany, Dr. Sisk, where i work chairside with the doctor in treatment. In my spare time, I love to do ANYTHING outside, and am very active in my church.
Hannah Reagan Manger

Hannah swam has been
swimming since she was 5 years old. She started swimming summer
league and moved to RAC at 6 years old and continued to swim for
RAC and New Albany High School until she graduated in 2013. She
then swam for Purdue University for 4 years and graduated in August
2017. She is now attending the University of Louisville to get her
Masters of Science in Social Work as well as coaching. She lives in
New Albany with her family and cat named Bean.

Elizabeth is a former RAC and Floyd Central High School swimmer. In addition to being a former swimmer, she is currently an IN swimming official. She is currently a senior at the University of Louisville, majoring in Political Science with a concentration in Public Policy and Law.

Coach Sara returns to RAC as a Bronze Coach after some time off to have her son. Sara has coached club, middle school, high school and summer league teams in the area. Sara is head of Special Events for the City of Jeff and the Riverfront Stage.
Senior Assistant Coach
My name is Blair Neichter. I
started swimming competitvely at the age of six and stopped at the
age of 19, after one year at IUPUI. I was a past RAC swimmer
myself. I work at Norton Hospital and live in New Albany, IN
with my husband and daughter.
Business Mngr, Lessons Mngr
Kathy has coached RAC since 1996. She has been the developmental coach, as well as the team's business manger. Her involvement as a swimmer ranges from age-group swimming to masters' swimming. In addition, Kathy was a club president, stroke-and-turn judge and swim instructor while her children swam. She has coached numerous summer league teams, as well as the Southern Indiana Deanery junior high team.
Kathy resides in New Albany has two daughters and two grandchildren.
