Kevin enters his 16th coaching season and first year with Paducah Swim Team in 2016, and sees an exciting and bright future for the club. He created his first swim team and coaching job while finishing college with 1 swimmer, eventually reaching over 160 swimmers. He coached age 16 or younger athletes to the Olympic Trials in 2008, 2012, and 2016.

Kevin was named to the USA Swimming National Team Coaching Staff for the 2013 World University Games in Kazan, Russia, after having 2 swimmers place 3rd and 6th at the 2012 Olympic Team Trials. Every swimmer can achieve her or his goals by believing in the process, giving themselves to the process, and most importantly believing in themselves.
