Coach Haley has been with Storm since July of 2012. She has been coaching since she was 16. She swam competitively all her life, and was a Varsity swimmer for Destrehan High School from 2005-2009. She graduated from Nicholls State University in May of 2013 with a Degree in English. Currently, she is pursuing her master's in Education.

Coach Haley coached at Cypress Lakes Country Club helping lead the team to several championships. She has been coaching summer league teams in the area for several years, successfully developing winning programs. She is a level II certified USSA swim coach and has 7 years of year-round coaching experience. Additionally, Coach Haley was a teacher at Riverside Academy in Reserve, where she coached the middle school and varsity swim teams. Currently, she is a teacher at Destrehan High School.

At Storm, Coach Haley runs the Navy group. Prior to this, she ran the Green Group with much success.  In 2013, the team produced three - 6 & under swimmers that had overall finishes in the Top 5.  Our Navy age group swimmers have consistently placed in the top of their events, and in 2014 were some the team's youngest state competitors in short course and long course. The Navy group continues to produce swimmers who compete at the local and state levels, as they begin training harder and challenging themselves with longer and more difficult races in meets.
