SJAC Head Coach / Director of
Platinum Head Coach
Pete brings a strong swimming
background to our team. He was a four year college swimmer and
record-holder at the University of Delaware where he earned a
Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education. Entering
his 13th season as Head Coach of SJAC, Pete has coached swimmers at
all levels, from beginning swimmers to those at the Olympic level.
Pete has coached the Delaware Otters, Barclay Farms Swim
Club, Deerbrook Swim Club and has been a guest coach and speaker
for USA swimming camps. Pete is currently level 4 ASCA certified
and has coached numerous Top 16 and All-American swimmers.
Pat began his swimming career at Greenwood Park Swim Club at
the age of 5, where he swam for 13 years. He went to Gloucester
Catholic High school where he was a four-year varsity swimmer and
was captain in his senior year. Pat graduated from Rowan University
with a degree in Geography. He was also a multiple all conference
finisher, scholar athlete, Academic All American, and All American
Honorable mention recipient as a member of the Rowan University
Swimming and Diving Team. He has been coaching in the Tri-County
Swim League since 2011, coaching at Greenwood Park Swim Club as an
assistant Coach, and at Kingston Estates Swim Club as a head coach.
Pat was also an assistant Coach with the Gold Select and Senior
group before spending the past 3 years as the Assistant
Women’s Swimming Coach at Long Island University Brooklyn
while completing his master’s degree in Adolescent
Aquatic Therapy/Exercise Physiologist, A.T.R.I.C
Gold Select Assistant Coach
Tyler began his swimming career at
Riverdel Swim Club at the age of 5, where he swam for 13 years and
was named team captain. He went to Delran High school where he was
a four-year varsity swimmer and was captain in his senior year.
Tyler graduated from West Virginia University where he earned a
bachelors degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Aquatic
Therapy. He has been coaching in the Tri-County Swim League since
2012, coaching at Riverdel Swim Club, Old Orchard Swim Club, and
has been at Tenby Chase Swim Club for the past 5 seasons.
Tyler uses his education in sports science and his passion for
swimming to motivate young athletes. He also works for the NL
Aquatic Center as the Aquatics Director and Director of Aquatic
Therapy where he brings innovation to aquatic exercise and
Senior Head Coach
Coach Seamus has been coaching the SJAC Gold and Silver groups since 2013. He began his swimming career with the Tenby Chase swim team where he swam for 11 summers and holds individual and relay records. He furthered his competitive career with BCY where he lead the team as a captain for 2 years and competed at the YMCA National Championship in 4 straight seasons. After graduating from Delran High School with 4 varsity letters and 1 season as a captain, he went to the University of Delaware where he swam for 1 season and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Sociology.
Seamus coached the Tenby Chase Sharks in the Tri-County Swimming League for 5 summers. He has a passion for teaching and coaching kids of all ages and uses his leadership skills and knowledge of the sport to motivate and inspire young athletes.
Joe Kuder grew up swimming since
the age of 7 at Sunnybrook Swim Club in Moorestown NJ. While
on the Moorestown High School Swim Team he lead the team as a
Captian for 2 years and was a 4 year Varisty Swimmer. He also
swam for BCY where he lead the team as a Captain for 2 Years.
After graduating high school, Joe went on to Swim for 4 years
at Lycoming College where he was a Captain his Junior and Senior
Year. While in College, Joe was an assistant coach at
Sunnybrook Swim Club for 3 years. Joe Graduated Lycoming
College with Honors with a Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration with Concentrations in Marketing and

Gold Select Assistant Coach
RT brings a strong understanding and commitment to the SJAC philosophy, having past experience as a national swimmer and coach under Pete Holcroft. He takes pride in your swimmers success in and out of the pool. He has experience coaching all group levels at SJAC during his tenure. He currently teaches health and physical education at Delran Intermediate School in Delran, New Jersey.
RT graduated from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education. He was a four-year varsity swimmer, multiple All-Conference award winner and a quad captain his senior year. He served two years as a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee and also represented TCNJ his senior year as the school representative for the New Jersey Athletic Conference.
He has coached all levels of swimming ranging from beginners to National qualifiers. Other coaching experiences prior to SJAC have included Tri-County swimming and USA Swimming. He served as an assistant coach at Barclay Farm Swim Club under Pete Holcroft and Express Swimming, located in Princeton, NJ, as a head age group coach.
For over a decade RT has been the Head Coach at Haddon Glen Swim Club located in Haddon Heights, NJ. RT has taken Haddon Glen from 100 swimmers to over 250 total swimmers along with three division championships and multiple Tri-County champions.
Silver Head Coach
Coach Aimee comes to SJAC from Springfield, IL. She spent 3 seasons helping to coach all training groups of the Springfield YMCA Typhoons swim team. While with SPY Aimee coached State Champions, Y National qualifiers and Y National Champions. Prior to coaching in Springfield, Aimee served as a Division I assistant coach with Bryant University (RI) and Binghamton University (NY). As an assistant coach, Aimee’s teams had NCAA Division I qualifiers and earned academic honors at the conference and national level.
After growing up in Ottawa, Canada, Aimee graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Sport Management. She was a four-year varsity swimmer and rower, multiple Atlantic-10 medalist and captain her senior year while attending UMass. Aimee earned a master’s degree in Business Administration from Bryant University in 2009.
Kristin began swimming when she was 5 years old in Virginia.
She competed at the national level holding many age group
records. She went on to swim for JMU where she was a
conference champion. Kristin Graduated from JMU with degrees
in Public Relations, Psychology, and Early Childhood Education.
She taught 1st grade in Virginia then moved to New
Jersey where she began teaching 2nd grade and coached Tavistock
Hills Swim Team. She then started a family of her own and stayed
home to raise her 4 children before just recently going back to
teaching 2nd grade.
Jacquie is in her fifth year
with SJAC and the Platinum group. She formerly swam for CCY from
age 14-18 under Pete Holcroft and Greg Barone. She swam for
Stratford Swim Club from age 8-16 then for Larchmont Swim Club for
her last 2 years. In high school Jacquie was a national finalist at
YMCA nationals, All State, and team captain at Eastern High School.
Jacquie was the first and only female swimmer to have her swim suit
retired at Eastern. In college Jacquie swam 1 year at Indiana
University in the Big Ten Conference under Ray Looze. She swam 3
years at Rutgers University where she was the team captain, MVP,
Big East finalist, and NCAA qualifier. Jacquie graduated from
Rutgers as a Psychology and Biology major with aspirations to
become a Physician Assistant.
Gold Assistant Coach
Reggie has been coaching for SJAC since 2013. He was a swimmer for 12 years. He swam at West Chester University of PA where, along with being men’s team captain his senior year, he was a two-time national champion, 22-time All American, two-time All American Honorable Mention, three-time PSAC Swimmer of the Year, and PSAC Rookie of the year. Reggie started coaching in 2007 at Germantown Academy Aquatic Club, under head coach Richard Shoulberg. While with GAAC, Reggie was an assistant coach with the high school as well as the age group program. He helped lead various stroke and turn clinics and gave private swim lessons. Along with being a coach at SJAC he has also been the head coach in the summer at Wexford Leas Swim Club since 2014. Reggie is a teacher and is currently teaching first grade in Salem City School District.
Drew has been swimming
competitively, or around the pool, ever since he was 6 years old.
He graduated from Germantown Academy where he was a national
age group record holder, All-American and currently holds multiple
school and pool records. He went on to swim for four years at
the University of South Carolina where he was a conference
champion, broke multiple school records, earned All-American
honors, was ranked in the top 100 in the world and qualified for
Olympic Trials. He is honored to be coaching and part of the
Gold Assistant Coach
Bronze Assistant Coach
Kait started swimming at Downs Farm Swim Club. When she was eight,
she began swimming under Coach Pete Holcroft at CCY, later becoming
SJAC until she was 18 years old. She also swam for four years at
Bishop Eustace Prep. Kait went onto study Elementary Education and
Special Education at Loyola University Maryland. While at Loyola,
she also swam as a Lady H2ound, becoming a four-year varsity
swimmer and holding the team record in the 200 yard butterfly. Kait
now works as an early childhood special education teacher at the
Delaware Autism Program.
Gold II & Silver II
Juliana is a senior at Rowan University, majoring in elementary
education and history. At Rowan, Juliana was a member of the swim
team. She also coaches at Haddon Glen Swim Club during the
summer, where she was a member of the swim team for 11 years.
Juliana is very excited to be coaching with SJAC this
Gold II & Silver II
swam at Erlton Swim Club in Cherry Hill for 12 years. She attended
Haddonfield High School where she was a 4-year varsity athlete in
soccer and swimming and was swim team captain her senior year. Upon
graduation, she became an assistant coach for the Erlton Swim Team.
She coached the gators for 3 years. Julie attended Rowan University
where she swam for the Profs. Her senior year she was named captain
of the women's team. She finished her career at Rowan as an NJAC
champion and was named an NJAC All-Conference swimmer each year.
While at Rowan, Julie was a volunteer coach for SPARCS Special
Olympics Swim Team for 4 years. She graduated with a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Applied Behavior
Analysis, and a minor in Education. She is working as an RBT/ABA
Therapist at CNNH in Voorhees.
