COACH DAVE BOYER
Dave Boyer started coaching as an assistant in the summer of 2012 for a swim team in the Plymouth Meeting area. He coached there for five summers before taking the head coaching position at Plymouth Swim Club in the summer of 2017. After the 2013 summer season, Dave joined the coaching staff of Plymouth Whitemarsh Aquatic Club as an assistant coach. There he was coaching year-round and ended up being the head coach of PWAC’s Suburban Aquatic League team and assistant USA coach for three years.
Dave grew up in the Seattle area swimming only for a summer team and his High School Team. While he was in the Navy, Dave swam for the Parris Island Masters Swim Team in Beaufort, SC when he was not deployed overseas. He continues to swim 4-5 days a week in his local gym. When he isn’t coaching, Dave is home raising his Son, walking his dog and taking part in the destruction and reconstruction of their Lego creations.
COACH TIM McCULLOUGH
Coach Tim joined the Triton family during the winter 2017. He served as head coach of the Marple Newtown High School Girls Swim Team for the 2017-2018 season. He has also served as a coach at Creekside Swim Club for the last seven years, the last two being their head coach. He has had the pleasure of coaching swimmers of all ages during his time at Triton and other teams.
Prior to coaching, Tim attended Strath Haven High School where he swam all four years and was named captain his senior year. He then attended York College of Pennsylvania where he swam at the collegiate level for four years. He was honored to be a captain of YCP his senior year as well. Tim graduated from YCP with a Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and is pursuing his Passion to teach children in and out of the pool.
