Jessica Blake

As a former PPSC and Deering High School swimmer, Jessica now helps coach our next generation of swimmers. She spent 13 years swimming competitively (for PTSC, Westbrook Seals and finally PPSC) and also swam collegiately at Plymouth State before returning home to USM. Jessica’s collegiate career was short lived due to shoulder injuries, but her love for swimming never died. Jessica began her coaching career with Coastal Maine Aquatics in the fall of 2015, where she worked with all levels of swimmers but primarily age group swimmers. Jessica recently graduated from USM with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. While finishing up her degree, she interned at a local strength and conditioning studio training high school athletes all over southern Maine. Jessica is very excited to share her knowledge of swimming as well as strength and conditioning with the PPSC team.
