Jen started her coaching career in Connecticut with the New Canaan YMCA Caimans assisting various younger groups throughout her senior year of high school. Jen went off to swim at the University of Rhode Island all four years, becoming one of the Captains of the women’s team in 2012. Jen started coaching with Rams Swim Club in 2010 as the Junior 1 coach and has had experience coaching every single practice group in her tenure with Rams Swimming and when they merged with Shawmut Aquatic Club. As the head coach of Crimson Aquatics-South County RI, she has developed various athletes that have gone on to the next level and managed to swim in collegiate programs. Jen has also coached various Age Group qualifiers, AG champions, Senior qualifiers, Sectional, Futures, Winter Juniors, and Summer Junior qualifiers. Jen has also had experience coaching collegiate athletes, volunteering for two seasons with the University of Rhode Island Women Swimming and Diving Program. Jen graduated with her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Political Science and is currently enrolled in the Master’s program at Roger Williams University. Jen is employed as a police officer in the state of Rhode Island and also has an infant daughter named Carly.
