Coach Cronin has developed a technical approach to the sport of swimming that puts emphasis on educating and motivating swimmers towards their full potential. He believes that there is a science and art to coaching and that when both are emphasized the athletes in a program fully develop. He is a high energy coach who works well with young athletes, while educating and coordinating with their parents to put the swimmer in the best possible situation to maximize their potential. He has a proven track record in New England Swimming for technical efficiency and his athletes have achieved high levels of success.
