Marshall is an Australian Silver licensed coach for his swimmers accomplishments at a National Level.

In May of 2007 Marshall started the Envious Swimming program with a vision of building a team that would one day suit the name. His vision and direction for the team is taking shape one day and one swimmer at a time. Marshall has continued to redifine "Swimming programs" and has incorporated all areas of aquatics into the program from Swim Teams, learn to swim, private coaching, pool management, swimming equipment and branding. This unique approch to "Swimming is one business" has set the foundation of redifining swimming in New England and across the US.
