Andrew's love and passion for helping others to find happiness through the sport of swimming, keep him and those around him motivated to work their hardest to acheive their goals. He hopes to continue providing an educational and productive environment for all of the Gator athletes.

Assistant Head Coach
Ken started coaching in 2013 after 18 years of competitive swimming with the Southeast YMCA, PACK (USA Swimming), Pittsford High School, and SUNY Geneseo. During his career, he garnered many accomplishments including being a 12 time High School Section V Champion, 4 time 1st team All-County and All Greater Rochester selection, High School State Champion, 16 time SUNYAC Champion, and 3 time SUNYAC Conference record holder.
Ken also achieved All-American consideration recognition while swimming for Pittsford HS and while at Geneseo received the 2012 James Fulton Award, given to one SUNYAC conference senior annually for career excellence. He was also recognized by both his HS and collegiate teams by being named their MVP and captain.
Ken's specialties while swimming were breaststroke and the IM events and shares his knowledge of all of the strokes with our swimmers to help them become well rounded and versatile.
This is Emma’s first year coaching USA swimming after 12 years of competitive swimming with the Southeast YMCA, PACK, Pittsford High School, and SUNY University at Buffalo. During her career, she earned many accomplishments including being a Section 5 Champion, 1st team All-County and All-Greater Rochester, State Meet participant, and Division I college swimmer in the MAC conference. Emma was recognized by her collegiate team being named Most Improved Swimmer, Leadership Award, and Captain. Emma’s specialties while swimming were distance freestyle. She is looking forward to helping swimmer's grow and become faster while still keeping a passion for the sport!
Lee is the newest member of the Gators coaching staff. Lee’s swimming background started with PACK swim club in Pittsford when he was 6. He continued to the Pittsford Men’s high school team where after 5 years on varsity he became a team captain. Lee went to The Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah Georgia where he swam at the collegiate level for 3 years in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics. During his Swimming career at SCAD Lee competed against top NCAA division 1, 2, & 3 schools in the southeast as well as competed at the NAIA national championship meet. Lee has experience with coaching beginner to senior level swimmers through the southeast YMCA and looks forward his coaching career with the Gators.
