Hey! My name is Larissa I am a W.I.T.S certified personal trainer here at the YMCA. Some of you may recognize me from the fitness floor , or as your dryland coach. My mission is simple; to create the ultimate environment for people to transform and unlock the happiest, healthiest and most confident version of themselves.I love training! We are capable of achieving such incredible things and as a trainer I want to push your limits and unlock your potential.
I fell in love with fitness at a young age when I began figure skating and continued on for 10 years. Through that time period I spent time on ice training and off ice conditioning. I competed through UFSA and did synchronized ice shows.I also coached tiny tots (toddlers learning to skate). I started powerlifting 4 years ago and loved testing my strength. It was a huge building block for my lifestyle and completely changed me mentally as well as physically. Instead of wanting to be the smallest version of myself I wanted to be the strongest version of myself. I empower people to do the same and hope to guide you in your fitness journey!
