Adam Robert Farber

Adam has been around pools all of his life. He grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, where he started swimming competitively at the age of 5. He swam through high school and then a couple of years later, he started teaching lessons for Hubbard Family Swim School. After teaching for them for a couple of years, Adam moved to Nevada where he taught lessons at multiple facilities, which lead to coaching positions at Sparks High School and the University of Nevada. Adam then moved to Oregon and after working at a local swim school for a couple of years, started Farber Swim School in 2007. Not only is he involved with all aspects of the swim school, but he is also the Head Coach of Sunset High School's men's and women's swim teams. He currently coaches the Sunset High School, and Farber Swim School Penguins and Pee Wees swim teams. 

Adam is a US Swim School Association level 2 instructor as well as an American Swim Coaches Association level 3. He is also certified in CPR, First Aid and Lifeguarding.

Oregon State High School Swimming Titles:
  • 2010 - Girl's 3rd in state
  • 2011 - Boy's 1st in state

Keith is currently a swim instructor and team coach at both FSS and ClubSport Oregon. He started swimming competitively in Jr. High and continued swimming throughout High School.  He achieved his life guard and water safety instructor certifications at Sylvania Portland Community College while attending school there during 2000-2002. He then started working for ClubSport in May of 2002.  He took over as the head coach of the ClubSwim program in the summer of 2005 and has been teaching and coaching ever since. Keith has continued his education and certifications by studying the coursework for American Swim Coaches Association level one. He is currently a registered USA swim coach attached to the FSS Penguins. He also teaches competitive swimming and diving clinics at the Tualatin High School pool on Saturdays.
