With a degree in Hospitality Business Management at Washington State University, Coach Monica did a 3-year stint in the restaurant industry before deciding to return to aquatics.

She is currently Lincoln High Schools’ Head Water Polo Coach. She hopes to help young women and men become successful citizens and foster a passion for swimming and aquatics through our Ducklings program.
