Head Coach: Scott Williams
Coach Scott is returning for his third season as the head coach for the Wyomissing Wahoos, after taking over for the final month in the summer of 2017. He grew up swimming in Cheshire, CT, and competed for 17 years for the Copper Valley Club, Cheshire YMCA, Cheshire High School, and Boston College. Coach Scott was elected to be a captain for both his high school and college teams, and he has coached for a total of 30 years in Connecticut and Pennsylvania. Most recently, Coach Scott has been an assistant coach for the Reading YMCA Stingrays for 14 years. He is also a 5th grade teacher in the East Penn School District. Coach Scott is looking forward to another fun-filled, memorable summer of coaching in Wyomissing!
Assistant Coach: Annie Williams
Annie is returning for her second season as the assistant coach of the Wahoos. She is a 2018 graduate of Wyomissing Area Junior Senior High School, and she just completed her freshman year at Boston College, where she is a Neuroscience major and a Spanish minor. She began swimming at the Reading YMCA when she was 6 years old and spent her summers swimming for the Wyomissing Wahoos. Annie swam for the Wyomissing Area High School team for four years. She served as a captain during her junior and senior years, and she was a district qualifier all four years. Annie was also the recipient of the Bernice K. Malsnee coaches award in 2018 and 2015. Annie is excited for another fun, successful summer as the assistant coach for the Wyomissing Wahoos!
Developmental Coach: Trevor Jackson
Trevor is returning for his second season as the develpmental coach for the Wahoos. He is a 2018 graduate of Wyomissing Area Junior Senior High School, and he just finished his first year at Massachusetts Maritime Academy, where he is majoring in Marine Engineering. He began swimming when he was 8 years old at the Reading YMCA during the winter, and swam for the Wyomissing Pool during the summer for four years. He also swam for the Wyomissing Area High School team his junior and senior year, where he was a captain during his senior year and a district qualifier both years. Trevor is very excited to work with all of the young swimmers on the team!
