Kara Erskine

Head Coach

Coach Kara has been the head coach for the Easton High School swim team for six years and has been the assistant coach for the Talbot Masters swim team for four years. She is a certified Level II USMS coach, accredited NHFS coach and a certified swim instructor at the YMCA for more than six years. When Coach Kara isn’t on deck, you can find her in the pool swimming with the Talbot Masters. She is truly passionate about the sport and believes in proper stroke mechanics and sound technique as the key to fast and fun swimming.

Amy Gardner

Coach Amy has been an assistant coach for the TSC Tsunamis since 2014.  Amy is also an Assistant Coach for the TCY Stingrays.  She swam for TCY and TSC from age 10 to 17.   Amy also swam for Saints Peter and Paul High School for four years.   Amy graduated from Salisbury University in 2018 and currently teaches Kindergarten at Easton Elementary School.

Ben Gardner

Coach Ben first started swimming at age 7 and has swam for TSC, TCY, Easton High School, and Salisbury University.  He discovered his love for coaching while participating as a swim instructor for Oxford Kids Camp.  Ben is a rising senior studying marketing and professional sales at Salisbury University.
