Head Coach

Travis Bill - My name is Travis Bill and I am excited to be the Head Coach of the Dolphins this season! I have been raised in and around the pool since I was five years old. I swam for the Dolphins as child from the age of 5 to 18. For the past 15 years as a parent, I’ve served on the Parent Board, League Rep, VP of  NorCal Swim League and  NorCal VP of Champs for the past  6yrs. I have also Coached the Dolphin swim team in years past when needed. This year will be the first year as the Head Coach for the Dolphins. Swimming has had a great impact on my life. Some of my fondest childhood memories are those from the Dolphins and not to mention the most fun. I am grateful for the chance to lead this team and hope to create memories for your children that will last a lifetime.

Assistant Coaches

Devin McLaughlin -   Hello everyone – I’m glad to be back this year.  I’m currently a student, athlete swimmer, water polo player and diver at American River College.  I love swimming and teaching the skills to make someone a great swimmer.  I’m not just here to coach, I’m also here to be a positive influence on my swimmers.  I’m so excited to be a part of the Dolphins and I’m looking forward to another amazing season with all these great swimmers.  GO DOLPHINS!

Jessica Dozier -   I am very excited to be a part of the Highlander Dolphins.  I’ve been a swimmer for 9 years now and am ready to pass on my passion for swimming.  I swam for the West Sacramento Dolphins and continued through High School swim.  Passing on what I’ve learned as a swimmer and helping others improve is one of my main goals.  I also hope to set a great example for all my swimmers, on and off the pool deck.  GO DOLPHINS!
