Samantha Marie Pliuskaitis
Assistant Head Coach
families! My name is coach Sam and I'm super excited for this
upcoming season. I will be an rising senior this year and I have
been swimming since I learned how to walk. I have been a coach for
the Otters for 6 years. Additionally, I have completed 3 years on
the Briar Woods Swim Team and I am in Senior Gold on the Snow Swim
Team. Along with my coaching this year, I also do private

Molly Ann Kennedy
Assistant Head Coach
Coach Molly has been with the Sea Otters since the team
began, and has been a summer swimmer since she was six years old.
She is a distance freestyle swimmer who also loves open water
swimming and scuba diving. She will be attending Florida Southern
College and majoring in Marine Biology and environmental chemistry
in the Fall, where she is excited to be continuing her swimming
career in college - Go Mocs! Coach Molly volunteers her time
teaching younger swimmers stroke technique during the school year
and loves everything about being in the water. She is super excited
about coming back for another year coaching the Otters!
Ethan T McCrary
I'm Ethan McCrary and this is my second year coaching for the
Stratford Sea Otters. I am a rising 12th grader at Stone
Bridge High School and have been swimming for about 8 years. In
addition to the Stratford Sea Otters, I also swim for Snow Swimming
and Stone Bridge High School. I like to swim the 200
individual medley, and the 500 and 1000 freestyle.
I play golf for Stone Bridge High School, and I
am a member of LJGA and MAPGA. I am a member of both NHS and the
German Club. I often volunteer with Special Olympics. In my free
time I like to play basketball with my friends and watch movies. I
aspire to one day become a physician. I really enjoy helping the
swimmers and am excited to return to Stratford this
Wayne Alfred Griffin
Hello Stratford Families! My name is Wayne Griffin and I am
looking forward to my first coaching experience this summer!
I am currently a member of SNOW’s year round team and the
Loudoun County High School Swim Team. I started my swim
career with the Sea Otters just a few short years back and am eager
to share what I’ve learned with the kids on the team.
Elizabeth Anne Hondel
Hey! My name is Elizabeth Hondel, but a lot of people call me
Lizzy. I've been a Sea Otter since the first season and have been
swimming for as long as I can remember. This will be my first year
as a coach and I'm super excited to help out the team!
Sarah Marie McFadden
Hello Sea Otters, my name is Sarah. I'm 13 years old and I have
been swimming since I was 6. My favorite stroke is Butterfly. I've
previously swam for the Evergreen Meadows Makos and Stealth swim
team.I've been swimming year round with Snow for 2 years. This is
my first year being an Otter and I can't wait. I'm super excited to
be a Jr coach and look forward to meeting everyone. Also I will
never say no to a race, especially a Butterfly race. Go
Teresa Meike Pliuskaitis
My name is Teresa Pliuskaitis. Many of my swimmers call me Coach
T. I have been swimming my entire life. In 1997 I founded SNOW
Swimming, a year round USA Swimming swim club loccated in Loudoun
County. We have programs at Claude Moore Rec Center and Ida Lee Rec
I was involved in the founding of the Old Dominion Swim League
and have served in an officer capcity for 8 years. The Stratford
Sea Otters are the 26th team in this league.
Our program here will be competitive and fun at the same time.
