Coach Bradley has been the head coach for the Makos since 2013.  He currently also coaches for Osbourn Park High School, and was a coach for the Victory Lakes Piranhas for 7 seasons before coming to Meadowbrook.  A graduate of Virginia Tech, Bradley is now a math teacher at Osbourn Park.  As a coach he prioritizes sportsmanship, team spirit, and the ability of each swimmer to reach their potential through hard work.

Matthew Healey

Matt Healey swam for the Makos for 12 years, and this is his 6th year coaching at Meadowbrook. 
He is a rising third year student at the University of Virginia, and is planning to pursue majors in both Foreign Affairs and Economics. 
At UVA, Matt swims on the Club Swim Team, which won the National Championship in 2017, and finished 2nd in the Nation in 2018.
He also swam for Osbourn Park High School for 4 years. He qualified for the State Finals in 3 of those years, and won team MVP his Senior Year.
 
Matt is excited for the opportunity to coach another season for the Makos and help the team reach its goals.

Jason has been swimming with the Makos for at least 10 years.  He has been a swimmer on his HS team for the last 3 years.  As a freshman, he made it to Regionals, and has been to States with the Colgan Sharks for the last 2 years. He has also been a swim team captain for the last 2 years. Jason has coached with Special Olympics and for the Makos winter program this past season.  He is very excited to be coaching alongside Bradley, Matt, Colin, and his fellow JACs this summer.

Josephine has been swimming for the Makos since 2012. For the last two seasons, she has been a volunteer coach for the Mini Makos and this is her first season as a JAC. She has also coached Special Olympics Swim and Makos during the off-season. She loves working with kids and seeing their excitement as part of the team.

My name is Jared Rouffa, I’m 16 years old and I’ve been on the Meadowbrook Makos swim team for 12 seasons. I have been a Mini Mako coach for the last couple of years and I was a coach for all ages this past off season for the Makos. Since I was 6 I have been on many year-round teams such as OCCS and NCAP. I am a rising senior at Colgan High School where I am a varsity XC and track runner and a varsity swimmer.
