Scott Hartz

Scott has over twelve years of competitive swimming experience for both city and school teams. He has attended numerous training camps at locations including Stanford and the Olympic Training Center in Colorado. Scott achieved ,many pool and age group records in his swimming career, and qualified for both Far Westerns and Junior Nationals multiple times. He has over five years of experience coaching both private and group lessons and really enjoys training age group children in swimming.

Hi my name is Emma Caufield!  I began coaching swim in 2015 and I have been on both the Tidalwaves and Green Gators swim team. I was also a varsity swimmer for the Dublin High School swim team. You can always find me on the Bay Club pool deck coaching swim school, swim clinic, and the Tidalwaves swim team! I’m really excited to get to know your kids and enjoy a great swim season.

Jessica has been swimming recreationally since she three and competitively since she was 11. She was on the Tidalwaves swim team from age 11 to 18 and swam for Amador Valley High School for 4 years. She currently attends Chico State University. This is her second year coaching for the Tidalwaves swim team. She enjoys eating bagels, swimming, and hanging out with all of the kids on Tidalwaves every year! :)   

Niko Cory

Niko swims competitively for Las Positas College and also trains with Tri Valley Aquatics.  He is returning for his second year with the Tidal Waves.  He specializes in Breaststroke, and he wants to be like Cole.   He also likes long walks and playing with his chickens and peacock (he has over 20 chickens and 1 peacock!)

Hello Bay Club Tidalwaves! I’m Coach Kat and I’m going to be going into my last year at Dublin Highschool.  I’ve been swimming for over 12 years and have been swimming competitively for just about 9 years. I’m a team captain at Dublin High and part of the highest group at my club swim team, Tri Valley Aquatics. I am super excited to join you guys in another successful swim season this summer and can’t wait to see all of you grow into fantastic swimmers everyday!! Go Tidal Waves!!

Bailee has been swimming for the past 13 years competitively. She has been swimming with the Tidal Waves for the past four years and swimming for Amador Valley High School too. She plays three other sports but summer swim team is her all time favorite, from crazy cheers to teaching the little ones how to become as a team!

Natalia Alvarez

Natalia has been swimming since she was 2 years old. She swam for the Amador Valley High School swim team and is currently on the Club Water Polo team at San Diego State University. This is her second year coaching for the Tidalwaves. She enjoys watching movies, taking pictures and getting to know all the news swimmers each summer at Tidalwaves :)

Hi my name is Mattias! This is my first year coaching the Bay Club Tidal Waves! I swim competitively for the Pleasanton Seahawks. I’ve been swimming for 10 years and I am really excited to share all that I have learned throughout the years with the Bay Club swimmers!

Erika has been involved in competitive swimming for over 30 years, both as a swimmer and with her swimmer children.  She began with Club Sport Tidalwaves 14 years ago with her oldest son swimming on the team, and her youngest child is now swimming for the Tidal Waves and she coordinates the team!  You can find her around the pool deck, working out at the club, selling real estate or coaching the swim team at Amador Valley High school.   Go Tidal Waves!
