Head Swim Coach
Scott has over twelve years of competitive swimming experience
for both city and school teams. He has attended numerous training
camps at locations including Stanford and the Olympic Training
Center in Colorado. Scott achieved ,many pool and age group records
in his swimming career, and qualified for both Far Westerns and
Junior Nationals multiple times. He has over five years of
experience coaching both private and group lessons and really
enjoys training age group children in swimming.
Niko swims competitively for Las Positas College and also trains
with Tri Valley Aquatics. He is returning for his second year
with the Tidal Waves. He specializes in Breaststroke, and he
wants to be like Cole. He also likes long walks and
playing with his chickens and peacock (he has over 20 chickens and
Ian has been swimming for five years now with the Tidal Waves,
and coaching for two years. He also has been swimming and
playing water polo for three years with Amador Valley High School.
He loves water sports and working with kids.
Bailee has been swimming for the past 13 years competitively.
She has been swimming with the Tidal Waves for the past four years
and swimming for Amador Valley High School too. She plays three
other sports but summer swim team is her all time favorite, from
crazy cheers to teaching the little ones how to become as a team!
Cole was a Club Sport Tidal Wave from age 4 to age 8, and then
he went year-round with Tri Valley Aquatics, where he currently
swims in the National Group. He has competed at Junior
Nationals in multiple events. Now he's full circle, back to
the Tidal Waves to coach, and he is excited to teach the kids all
that he knows! He will heading off to swim at Duke University
Nichole is thrilled to be returning for her 18th year as a
Tidalwave to help create the same positive energy and team spirit
that she grew up with. She loves watching the swimmers improve
throughout the summer and sharing her enthusiasm of the sport with
them. She graduated from University of California Berkeley and
works full time locally.
Swim Team Manager
Erika has been involved in competitive swimming for over 30
years, both as a swimmer and with her swimmer children. She
began with Club Sport Tidalwaves 14 years ago with her oldest son
swimming on the team, and her youngest child is now swimming for
the Tidal Waves and she coordinates the team! You can find
her around the pool deck, working out at the club, selling real
estate or coaching the swim team at Amador Valley High
