Coaching Staff

Ethan Hall

Hey Mighty Sea Lions! I started coaching at Crow in 2002 as a summer job. I had no idea that I was going to fall in love with the community, the kids and reignite my passion for competition and swimming FAST!

Even though it was an unintentional winding road that brought me to this carreer, I have experienced some success. I have been a World Top 100 Coach 3 times. I have placed 5 athletes on the USA National Junior Team. I have been recieved a Certificate of Coaching Excellence from ASCA. And of course I have been up, in and around all 15 consecutive Sea Lions County Team Championships.

As an athlete I was a National Age Group Record holder at 16yo. I competed in multiple Olympic Trials and NCAA's mainly in Breast and (one legged) IM. I live with my wife Natalie and young family in Lafayette. We enjoy hiking, nature, wild animals, paddle boarding and bodysurfing.

I care alot about this team. I care alot about this sport. I am excited about the future. Go Sea Lions!

Dillon Williams

Lead Assistant Coach

My name is Dillon and I was most recently a member of the Cal Berkeley Swim team from 2013-2017 and a long time Danville native. I started swimming at the age of 4 when my parents got me into the sport to brave the hot Danville summers. In high school, I swam at Monte Vista and played football in the off-season. Before I finished high school I spoke with Ethan Hall and he advised me to pursue swimming and I never looked back. While at Cal, I was fortunate to be a member of the 2014 NCAA championship team. I valued the experiences and knowledge I learned while growing up through the Sea Lions and Sharks which is why I’m excited to come back and give back to the team that helped me become who I am.
