Coach Serrano’s goal is to enhance each athlete’s performance, and to also help an individual get the maximum enjoyment out of the sport. Having endured different coaches and philosophies while playing, Coach Serrano has gained plenty of experience to inspire and bring out the best qualities and recreate successful situations that athletes would want to be in while representing CMAC as a whole. Coach Serrano has created a sport culture at CMAC that the staff, parents and most importantly players fully believe in. He has become extremely effective in doing so by creating simple expectations that have become the standard of the entire CMAC program: get good grades, fifteen minutes early is on time, and give your absolute best effort. By establishing this sport culture the players, parents and staff have immediately set the entire CMAC program apart from any other.
