I’m Brooke Wallace, and I am a 21 year old from Flower
Mound, Texas. I’m currently studying Business Management in
hopes of working in Human Resources when I graduate.
I started competitive swimming from the time I was five years
old, and continued until I graduated from high school, and
I’ve been coaching for 6 years now. In fact, some of you may
remember me from the 2014 season when I coached for Castlewood with
my sister Morgan and Melissa.
In my free time, I like to spend most of my time outside playing
some type of sport or just sitting around with my family. I’m
a family girl, so I can usually be found doing some activity with
them. I also love animals, Mexican food, BBQ, and anything
I absolutely love the swim community and wish for it to keep
thriving for many years. I hope this season inspires more kids and
young adults to continue in their pursuit of a swimming career.
Ever since I can remember I have loved the water. I grew up
swimming on a summer team here in Flower Mound and continued with
competitive swimming all the way through high school. I have been
coaching both summer teams and private lessons for the past 8
years. Previously I was the Assistant Head Coach of the Wellington
Sharks Swim Team.
When I’m not in the pool (which is very rarely during the
summers) I love to travel, practice photography, and cuddle with my
puppy, Merlin. I come from a family of 6, so there’s never a
dull moment in my life and that’s just great with me. My
three younger siblings and I are always looking to go on little
adventures like hiking at the lake or having fun at festivals
Currently I’m taking a bit of time off school to travel
and switch majors. I attend the University of Michigan and will
likely return to pursue an earth and environmental science degree
I’m so excited and proud to be coaching all of you this
season! I absolutely love sharing my passion for swimming and the
water and can’t wait to get back in the pool!
My name is Cole Conrad. I will be The Castlewood Dragons assistant
coach for the duration of this summer. I am looking forward to
meeting everyone on the team and am excited to get to know the
parents and swimmers.
I have been a swimmer for 10 years now and have been on many
different teams. I was a member of USA swimming for 6 years, but
stopped freshman year to swim and play water polo for Marcus High
School. I will be a junior at Marcus next year. Swimming and water
polo have taught me leadership skills as well as have given me the
tools I need to be a coach such as integrity, respect, and the
spirit of teamwork. I am now a part of the National Honor Society
(NHS) at Marcus. This means that I carry out services for my
community such as volunteering for CCA.
I have been blessed to have a family that is loving and supports me
without question. I am looking forward to sharing my strengths and
talents with The Castlewood Dragons Swim Team. We are going to have
a great summer together!
