Steve Ludwig - Head Coach

Steve started coaching the New Holland Dolphins in 2009 when he and his family moved to the Lancaster area.

Steve brings over 35 years of swimming experience and 28 years of coaching experience to the team.

He has swum for the Manheim Swim Team, Manheim Central High School, Lancaster Aquatic Club and Shippensburg University.

He has achieved numerous awards and records, some still standing to this day!

Steve is currently a 6th grade teacher at Radnor Middle School in Radnor Township where he has been teaching for 22 years.

Lauren Caramenico - Assistant Coach

Lauren began her swimming career at age 6 for the Denver Swim Team. During her 12 years with Denver, she also swam for the Reading YMCA and Lancaster Catholic High School. Like Dani, she was a life guard and taught swim lessons.

When her daughter Morgan started swimming for East Cocalico Swim Team, she got involved with her team. She not only served six years on the parent board, she was volunteer coordinator, webmaster, and meet director for Divisionals and other meets.

Lauren's family transitioned to New Holland Swim Team in 2014, and she lent her expertise as she served as League Championship Meet Director in 2015. She is excited to be part of the coaching staff, as she loves to volunteer and be involved in her kids' activities.

She and her husband Stephen live in Reamstown with their three children, Morgan, Isabelle, and Matthew.
