Hi I’m Ali! I swam for the Wahoos in Grand Forks, ND for
10 years and then went on to swim at the University of North Dakota
for 4 more years! Long distance freestyle was my jam so
that’s what I know best! At UND I got my bachelors degree in
nursing. My big girl job is working as a Registered Nurse in the
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Sanford here in Fargo. It is the
absolute best! GO GATORS!
Kyra has been an assistant coach with the FM Gators Swim Team
for 3 years. Prior to coaching, Kyra swam competitively for nearly
10 years. She started out with the Bismarck Golden Seals and then
later swam for Bismarck Aquastorm when the team was formed. She
also swam for the Century Patriots Girls Swimming and Diving team
throughout high school and helped them achieve several state
championship titles. Besides swimming, Kyra recently completed her
nursing degree and will start a new position as an RN in April.
Kyra loves being an assistant coach and being able to watch each
swimmer grow and gain confidence each swim season.

I started swimming when my mom signed up for the mom and baby
swim lessons at the YMCA in Bismarck. Later on, I joined the
Bismarck Golden Seals, which morphed into the Bismarck Aquastorm. I
swam for a very successful program at Bismarck Century High School
that won 3-peat state championships from 2009-2011. After high
school, I swam at the division one level for the Colorado State
Rams from 2013-2015. After changing my major and retiring from
swimming, I began school at NDSU to major in nursing. Being removed
entirely from the sport of swimming was hard, so I decided to reach
out to local coaches in the area, and I became a FM Gators
assistant. I also assist with the girls' program at Davies. I
thoroughly enjoy coaching, inspiring youth, and giving back to a
sport that contributed to making the person that I am today.
I live in Fargo with my husband and two sons, Jackson and
Dexter. I teach STEM at Trinity Elementary School in West Fargo. I
love to spend time with my family, read, and go lap swimming. I am
a former Gator and have been coaching various swim teams for the
past 10 years.
Hi my name is Rachel. I swam for the Mandan Swim club for 11
years and my best event was the 200 IM. I swam for the North Dakota
Zones team for the first time when I was 9 and enjoyed it so much I
went 5 more times! My goal is to train kids to be successful at
meets and to help them grow stronger in practices. Go Gators!
I started swimming for the FM Gators Swim Team when I was 6

also swam for Fargo North high school from 7th-12th grade. I now
attend St. Cloud State University and am on my third year of
swimming there. I was the North Dakota LSC junior/senior athlete
representative for 2 years.
