Practice Schedule



New Season Starts Monday September 18, 2023!

Practices are held each Monday and Wednesday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Innisfail Aquatic Centre.

  • 5:00-6:00pm - ages 11 and under
  • 6:00pm-7:00pm ages 11+

Intramural games are scheduled to start in mid-October and are every second Wednesday.
