Qualifying For State

Region 3 is allowed to advance 3 swimmers and 3 relay teams to SGOT, the state championships, in each of the 14 & Under individual and relay events. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place regional winners in these events will automatically qualify to advance. If there should be a tie for one of these places, there will be a swim off. If a qualifying swimmer fails to commit to advancing and pay the entry fees at the regional meet, the next place finishers will move up in the order of their finish.

You must commit as a YES on the State Commit page for your swimmer to advance to State. If you miss the Sunday deadline, then you swimmer will not be included in the State advancement.
