Team Travel Meet 2019
The University of West Florida Aquatic Center
1100 University Parkway
Pensacola , Florida
Team Trip Information:
This meet is our annual team travel meet for our LONG COURSE TEAM to Pensacola FL, for 13&Over.
Team travel meets are great team bonding experiences and contribute greatly to each individual swimmer achieving the next level. Team Travel meets make the swimmers more independent and get them out of their comfort zone.
MSA Swimmers 12 years and younger can still swim at the meet, but they must travel, room and stay with their parents. There will be no Coach on the pool for the 12 and under session at the swim meet.
We will be departing for Pensacola on Thursday, May 30, 2019at 9:00am from Sunset Swim Club in Athens immediately following morning practice.
We will be returning to Madison . The athletes will be dropped off at Publix (on County Line Rd) upon our return.
The trip will cost $275-$325 per swimmer and covers the hotel, meals, and transportation, (meet fees are not included and will be charged separately).
Your accounts will be charged a $150 non-refundable deposit by May 1st . The remaining balance (not to exceed $175) will be charged on June 8th. Feel free to send any food and drink that you might need for the meet.
Chaperones and coaches will be in charge of your athletes for the entire weekend.
Athletes will travel and eat with the team at all times.
