Spring Training-6 Days

Description

Spring Training is a three-week, 15 session program dedicated to building mechanical and technical skills and preparing for the regular season.  The program is available to all current Sea Lions swimmers.

Three-week training 3/25 - 4/12. Training is held five days per week.

Week 1:

8u 3:30pm-4:15pm

9-11 4:15pm-5:00pm

12up 5:00pm-5:45pm

 

Weeks 2 and 3:

8u 3:30pm-4:15pm

9-11 4:15pm-5:15pm

12up 5:15pm-6:30pm
