Meet Details

Date:  Thursday, July 18th

Time:  Meet begins at 5:00 PM. 

Location:  Del Amigo Pool is located at 601 Glen Road in Danville. The preferred route to Del Amigo Pool is from Del Amigo Road by the way of Danville Blvd. Please stay off the surrounding neighborhood streets.


Del Amigo has a drop off / pick up area at the front gate of the pool .  Please feel free to leave your belongings and swimmers with the parking attendants up front while you park your car. (You are also free to enter/drop off at our side gate near the corner of Del Amigo & Glen Rd. The following guidelines will be enforced.

  • Do not park in Orange Cone areas. We must maintain a fire lane, so it’s important we keep certain areas clear.
  • Please do not block driveways.

Parking is limited so please have your families consider carpooling as much as possible.

Arrival Times

We will stagger arrival times as much as possible to help keep the traffic moving and stand still at a minimum.  Please try to adhere to these times best as possible.  NO tent set up prior to 2:30 PM.   

HOX Arrival time is set for:  3:50 PM.


Team Areas

LETS GET COZY!!!  Please group your swimmers into as FEW tents as possible!  Team areas will be indicated around the pool, marked with cones & signage. We have also included an aerial map of the team locations in the FORMS/DOCUMENTS Section Below.  Allocated space is relative to the number of entries corresponding to each team. Note the baby pool will be closed to ALL swimmers during the meet.  Please be advised that setup before stated arrival time is not permitted. 



There will be no warm up/down lanes during meet.  All teams will have the full pool for use unless indicated otherwise.

Clerk of the Course

We will run a Clerk of the Course for Splash for our 6 Under & 7/8's.  The Clerk will be located on our cement basketball court.  Teams will be responsible for delivering fully labeled (shoulders & hands) swimmers to the Clerk ahead of their events.  The Clerk will check them in, seat them & bring them to their lanes.  Please print out Meet Information packet below (under forms section).  There will be both a GIRL and a BOYS side.

You may choose to have Shepard/Organizer positions within your teams, or have parents drop your (properly labeled) swimmers to the Clerk.  

For 9/10 age groups, DEL will have representatives behind each starting block at the TIMER end of the pool.  They will organize and funnel swimmers to the blocks in a swift manner to continue the flow of the meet.  Please have your 9/10 swimmers arrive on time and prepared for their swim.  

Fly Over Starts

We will be using Fly-Over Starts in the Freestyle, Breaststroke and Butterfly events for the 9+ swimmers.

Meet Program

The unofficial program is attached below in the forms section (Events 1-40). Please print your own copy.  They will not be selling the program so it’s free for your individual use. We will have official copies for coaches at the meet.  

Del Amigo Café

The Del Amigo Café will be serving a variety of items.  The menu for is included below in the FORMS/DOCUMENTS Section below. We will have our Taco Truck on location serving up fabulous Mexican food. DEL AMIGO CAFÉ ACCEPTS CASH ONLY

Summer Splash T-Shirts

Our T-shirt Vendor will be on site for custom T’s. Reward your swimmer with a super cool custom design T-shirt right on the pool deck. Prices start at $18+ and our vendor accepts cash AND credit.  They will have T-shirts, long sleeved, Vneck and a couple types of hoodies. 


There will be no team scoring. Awards will be given for 1st through 12th place in each event. All participants will receive a participation award.
