This meet brings in very high profile national level athletes from Canada and the US. Major college teams competing in the past includes the University of Florida, Cal and the US National Junior Team. National team members Missy Franklin, Ryan Lochte, and Caleb Dressel have competed at this meet in past years.

This is excellent exposure for swimmers and a chance to compete aganst some of the best in the world at a modern world class facility. This meet is similar to the US Pro AM Series.

Breakfast comes with room rental and we will be cooking lunch and dinner in the dorm.

This is a team trip. The swimmers stay at the UBC dorms within walking distance from the pool. We will need two chaperones one male and one female to attend. The dorms are apartment style with 6 rooms in each.  All parents are welcome to attend and will be charged separately for the rooms. You must include that you wish to attend also when you register your swimmer so we can reserve more rooms.

Attached are the 2019 Time Standards, Dorm room layout,  and 2018 Meet Info (2019 not available yet but the format will not change from 2018)

Cost for the meet will be $525-$575 with the estimate at the low end. We will not know final costs until the swimmers are registerd and we know how many we are taking. There is a mandatory $250 deposit (check) due by the registration deadline April 17 for swimmers attending. The remaining balance will be billed to your account.

To cross the border swimmers will need an enhanced drivers liscence or ID Card, thier birth certificate and a letter from thier parents giving us permission to transport your child accross the border. If swimmers have a passport they will just need a letter from the parent.

Register Today so we know how many swimmers to make arrangements for and how many vans we will need to rent.
