Dan is currently the President of Swim Ontario and CEO of Myrtha Pools specializing in customized solutions for all types of modern competition pools.
He is a past Canadian record holder in the 100 metre Butterfly. He won gold medals in both the 1978 and 1982 Commonwealth Games and two silver medals in the 1979 Pan-Am Games. He holds several FINA world master’s records in multiple age groups.
Dan is an expert in sport management, brand marketing, cause marketing and sponsorships. He also has extensive knowledge both as a volunteer director and as a CEO at the National Sport Federation level (CEO of Skate Canada).
He is a highly skilled sports executive recognized for strategic planning, revenue development, strong executive coaching and problem-solving capabilities.
