Wahoos 2019 Summer Season

May 3, 2019 (03:00 AM) - Jul 23, 2019 (03:00 AM)
June, 17 2019

Welcome PEAQ Wahoo swimmers!  We are looking forward to a fun and exciting 2019 summer swim season.

The Wahoos are our 2019 summer league swim team based out of Upper St. Clair. Our mission is to promote competitive swimming in our community by providing an opportunity for kids to learn life-long skills, while participating in an exciting team sport. Our team of coaches will work hard to develop stroke technique and proficiency and to encourage good sportsmanship in a fun, team-oriented environment.

The program will run from June 10 through July 23.

1.  Swimmers must be ages 5 through 14 as of June 1, 2019.

2.  Swimmers must be able to independently swim 25 yards in freestyle for ages 10 and under and 50 yards freestyle for ages 11 and over (without stopping or hanging on the lane rope).  If you are unsure whether or not your swimmer is able to do so, please email to request an evaluation.

3.  In order for a swimmer to qualify for the season ending Championship meet, they must have participated in at least 2 of the regular season dual meets.

Fees for non-PEAQ club members are $155. Plus an additional $20 charge per swimmer to cover the mandatory seasonal USA Swimming membership for insurance purposes.

** If your swimmer participated on our Developmental team during the 2018/2019 season, and already paid the registration fee, the $20 seasonal USA Swimming membership fee will be waived.

Fees for current PEAQ club members (AG1 through Junior) will be $50.
