Red Camp: 7:30am-4:30pm (Full Day)
(Full Day: Monday-Thursday; Friday 7:30am-11:30am)
Black Camp: 7:30-11:30am (Morning only; Monday-Friday)
White Camp: 12:30-4:30pm (Afternoon only; Monday-Thursday)
Starts & Turns Camp: 12:30-2:30 (Friday & Saturday)
An unmatched, cutting edge environment for swimmers wanting a competitive edge. Anaerobic and aerobic training will be included. Designed to specifically develop the four competitive strokes plus starts, turns and finishes. Stroke technique, efficiency and speed will all improve.
Must be Legal in all 4 strokes, but Camp is open to swimmers of all abilities, ages 8-14. Campers will be divided into training groups on the first day of camp. Competition experience optional but encouraged.
Up to 3 training and analysis sessions daily. Dryland training sessions to develop core strength, power and flexibility. Instructional presentations on nutrition, mental training, technique, high performance and taper.
