Champs Rally & Dinner
It’s time to get charged up for Champs!!
Please sign up as soon as possible
so we can plan accordingly!
The Annual Champs Rally and Dinner will be held at the CSD Pavilion & Patio on Thursday, July 19. Sign up online (just like a swim meet – please indicate the number of people attending), so we will have an appropriate head count. This is a fun event for the entire team and their families. TICKET SALES: Meal tickets are $5 per person at the door (swimmers are free). Please make checks payable to EDH Swim Team. You can also buy TAZ spirit wear and pick up your Champs book at this time.
HAIRCUTS: Custom TAZ Haircuts by Barber Tom will begin at 5:00, first come first serve. Cost per cut is $20 for a basic buzz cut with "TAZ" shaved in the back. More elaborate cuts must be negotiated with Barber Tom.
DINNER: Dinner will begin around 5:30pm. It will include penne pasta with Mazithra or Marinara (no meat) sauce, bread and butter, garden salad, fruit and dessert. Soda and sno cones will be available for purchase for $1.00.
RALLY: photo booth, car window painting, poster painting, nail painting, tattoos, and music.
In keeping with TAZ tradition, at the end of the festivities, the coaching staff will retrieve the sacred TAZ pool water to pour into the Champs pool during opening ceremonies.
