--Computer Operator – computeroperator@lovettsvilledolphins.org
--Volunteer Coordinator – volunteers@lovettsvilledolphins.org
--Head Coach – headcoach@lovettsvilledolphins.org
Meet Schedule:
--We have a hard stop to end our meet by 11:30 am so that the County can open the public pool on time.  Therefore we suggest you have your Team arrive at 07:00 am.
--Our goal is to have the pool turned over to you for your warm ups about 07:20 am.
--If meet preparations are running smoothly, we would like to start the meet earlier than 08:00 am (ideally, 07:45 am).
Post-meet Expectations:
--We will send the meet backup files in TouchPad format by 5pm the day of the meet.
--Meet results will be released in the TU system by 11am the following morning.
--Any unfinished labels will be emailed in PDF ready for print.
Pool Details:
--Our pool is 25 yards long so swimmers’ times at this event will be different than your 25 meter home pool.  However, results will be published in meters.
--Timers remain in place during the meet at the pool house end of the pool; 25-yard events are started from the far end.
Volunteers:
--Per ODSL rules, we ask you to provide 2 Stroke & Turn Judges, 9 Timers, a Clerk of Course assistant, a Scorekeeper/Assistant Computer Operator, and your Ribbon Writer staff.
--Stroke & Turn Judges will meet at the Starter table at 07:30 am
--Timers will meet next to the Scorekeeper’s canopy at 07:30 am
Directions:  Our pool is located to the rear of the Lovettsville Community Center, 57 E Broad Way‎, Lovettsville, VA 20180.  A Google map is included in the TU Event invitation sent to you previously.
Parking:  Enter the Lovettsville Community Center parking lot and proceed down past the left side of the building.  You will be directed by attendants to substantial parking on the ball field.  Please drive gently on the field.
Visiting Team Area:   You will find it easiest to enter the deck area thru the large gate on the right side of the pool house.   The Visiting Team Area is the grassy area immediately to the right as you enter.  There are fixed canopies and picnic tables there for your use.
Restricted Areas:   You are welcome to use the baby pool area but please stay out of the pool.  We also ask that you please keep clear of the area around the starter table to allow access for Officials and Runners.  The walkway between the pool and the disabled access ramp is for Coaches and Officials only.  Please also stay out of the water in this ramp area.
Seating:  There are two sets of bleachers available for you on deck next to the fence beside the Visiting Team Area.  Families may bring folding chairs and set them up in front of the fence near the baby pool, or anywhere in the grassy area.  Our deck space is limited, so please leave a wide walkway around the edge of the pool for swimmer and Runner access.
Concessions:  We run a full concessions service with locally made breakfast burritos, cinnamon rolls, locally roasted coffee, and a selection of various junk food.  Families are welcome to bring their own provisions.  Water is provided to Timers and on deck Team personnel.  We appreciate your cooperation to please clean up all your areas during and after the event so that the pool staff may open the pool as soon as possible after the meet ends.

Thanks - and we look forward to a great meet between our teams!
