Date:   July 18th – July 21st 2019

Due Date: Sunday, July 7th 2019 (coaches have the final approval for all events entered.  If your entries are not accepted you will be notified via email). This meet is only for swimmers participating in our summer program.  Ages thirteen and over.


Thursday, Friday & Sunday:

13-14 Prelims - Warm Ups 6:30-7:30 am, Events Start 7:40 am

15 & Over Prelims - Warm Ups 11:00 am -12:00 pm, Events Start 12:10 pm

Finals - Warm Ups 4:30-5:20 pm, Events Start 5:30 pm


Timed Finals - Warm Ups 2:00-2:50 pm, Events Start 3:00 pm

All entry times must be actually achieved Long Course Meter times that were swum after July 9, 2017. 

No “No Times” are permitted nor are converted times.

A 13-14 swimmer may not swim any event they swam at the 2019 PVS LC Open Champs, including an event swum as a bonus event at the Open Champs.

A 15 & Over swimmer may not enter an event they are eligible to swim at the 2019 PVS LC Open Champs, if they qualify with either LCM or SCY time standard and they cannot swim an event they swim as a bonus event at Open Champs.

Any athlete who betters the “No Faster Than” times for PVS LC 13 & Over Champs after the submission of entries is precluded from competing in that event at this meet.

The 800 and 1500 Freestyle events will be swum fastest to slowest, alternating women and men.

The fastest seeded heats of the 13-14 800M Freestyle will be swum at Finals.  Swimmers of the 800 M and 1500 M events are responsible for providing their own timer and counter (if needed), except for those swimming in the Final session on Thursday.

All relays are timed finals swum in the prelims sessions.

Positive Check In is required for all individual events.  Swimmers who do not check-in will be scratched from that event.  Athletes who have checked in, have been seeded, and fail to swim the event will be barred from their next scheduled individual event. Positive Check In for the first event will close no earlier than 30 minutes after the start of warm ups for each session.  A full check-in schedule will be posted at the meet.

A contestant may enter a maximum of six (6) individual events.  No more than three (3) individual events per day.  Swimmers shall compete at the age attained on the first day of the meet.
