Food Sign Up for Stony Plain Swim Meet

Description

To make our swim meet a success we need your help!!

 

Every family regardless if they are attending the swim meet is required to sign up to donate one food item. These food donations will go towards feeding all officials, coaches and volunteers who help to make our swim meet possible.... that works out to close to 150 people. Your cooperation is appreciated!!

 

Once you sign up for your item you are required to drop it off Saturday, July 20th at 7:00 am on deck at the food tent to be checked in. Any family that does not bring their required food item will be charged 100.00 to their credit card on file. In the past, we have had families not drop off their required food items and we have run out of food to feed our officials so we would appreciate your diligence in making sure your item is provided. 

If you are not attending the swim meet it is your responsibility to sign up for a food item and to find a family that is willing to bring your food item for you on the day of the swim meet.
