COBRA Swim Club - Dive & Turn Clinic for Swimmers
All Competitive Groups
Save the date for this instructional clinic at Gore pool Saturday morning: Swimmers bring your suits and be prepared for some one-on-one skill development with the entire COBRA coaching staff. Clinic will focus on track & back start off blocks and turns in all 4 strokes. Instruction, demos, video analysis and more.
Provincial and festival squads 6am-7am
Regional Yellow and Blue 7am-8am
DG and Intro Groups 8am-9am
