The Fall 2019 Ohio Swimming House of Delegates Meeting will be held SUNDAY September 29, 2019 10:00 am

Location:  WTRC Rec Center
                Washington Twp, OH

 

HOD Meeting:
Coach Certification Class (free) to 2020 registered OSI Coach members:
Date: Sunday Sept 29
Time: 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM STSC, 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM CPR
Location:  Washington Twp Rec Center Pool

CPR/AED
Test will be administered in class.


Safety Training for Swim Coaches
Must finish online course before class, NO EXCEPTIONS.  Must bring proof of completion and checklist to be filled out.

Contributing to a House of Delegates Discussion:
Once the previous speaker has finished and you have been acknowledged by the General Chair:
  • Stand up, introduce yourself and state the name of the swim club you are representing.
  • Speak clearly and concisely.
  • Stay on subject and avoid personal attacks.
  • State your motion or idea affirmatively:
    "I feel that we should rather than I feel that we should not..."
  • Most importantly:  be certain that you have a thorough understanding of the topic at hand before speaking in order to avoid erroneous discussion.
