LAC Arena Cup USA Swimmers
Description
This is a time qualifying USA meet
Lancaster Aquatic Club ARENA HOLIDAY CUP
This is a Middle Atlantic USA Swimming meet. All USA swimmers ages 9 & over with qualifying times are eligible to swim this meet. The swimmers' age for this meet is his/her age as of the first day of the meet.
Fees:
Swimmers can swim up to 3 individual events per day. Swimmer surcharge $5 and $6.00 per event. This is a time qualifying meet, no NT entries will be excepted. Deck entries will not be accepted.
Spectator Admission is $5 per session. Children under 5 and anyone serving in a volunteer capacity will be admitted free.

POSITIVE CHECK IN FOR 500, 1000, 1650 FREESTYLE AND 400 IM
SWIMMERS SWIMMING 500, 1000, 1650 FREESTYLE AND 400 IM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDNIG ONE BACKUP TIMER.
1000 AND 1650 FREESTYLE SWIMMERS WHO ARE SWIMMING IN FINALS WILL NOT NEED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN BACKUP TIMER.
What to Bring To The Meet
A couple of things to keep in mind when packing a bag for meets. The kids should have the following:
- EXTRA Suits/Caps/Goggles/Towels
- Healthy snacks to eat after warm up and races
- Fluids with Electrolytes
- Warm clothes
