SENIOR DRYLAND STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING TRAINING
Mondays 6:00-7:00 PM Middletown HS
Wednesdays 6:00-7:00 Walkersville or Middletown HS depending on the BOE schedule.
Dryland training is held prior to swim practice. All participating swimmers must wear the FAST black dryland training T-shirt, shorts, and running shoes. Swimmers must have a water bottle and a small snack at each session.
Coach James will be running the session.
Swimmers must register prior to participating in the training session.
No additional fee for the training.
