Just a reminder that dryland workouts with Trainer Dave in the Wellness department start Monday 9/30 and will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays throughout the season. Swimmers will need to dress appropriately for the fitness center, wear sneakers and have water bottles. Swimmers are expected to be on their best behavior and respectful of the fitness center and its staff, a swim coach will be present at dryland workouts. Dryland workouts will be comprised of a variety of workouts including circuits, focus on core strength, GRIT, and an introduction to the machines and what exercises would be appropriate for swimmers to do to improve overall strength.
AG2- Will have dryland after practice on Monday and Wednesdays 7:45-8:15. Swimmers are expected to be picked up after dryland, swimmers under 12 will still need to be signed out with the coach in dryland.
PS/HS- Will have dryland before practice on Monday and Wednesdays 6:45-7:15. Swimmers will have 15 minutes to change and get out on deck, swimmers are expected to arrive on deck on time!
*AG1 Blue/Red will do stretching and light dryland on deck with coaches during their practice times.
